Operating in a €150B+ European second-home market ready for AI disruption — and looking for a hands-on CTO/co-founder to architect and scale multi-agent systems for cross-border real estate.

I’m looking for a hands-on CTO or late co-founder with strong AI/ML expertise, able to own the full customer journey from data ingestion to product execution. The ideal partner brings deep technical ability, leadership potential, and can help drive a multi-market roadmap. I’m also interested in collaborators in automation, data engineering, and multi-agent AI systems.

We are developing AI agents for property matching, lead prequalification, client advisory, and automated buyer workflows—guiding users from early education to transaction readiness before transitioning to a human agent. These agents run on multi-agent orchestration, vectorized search, and event-driven automation, supported by new data pipelines that ingest, deduplicate, and enrich large-scale real-estate inventory across multiple European markets.
