Andrei-Cătălin Cojan is a community and events leader currently Head of Launch Community at How To Web (based in Bucharest, Romania). He previously served as Launch Community Manager at How To Web, Head of Community at Launch - comunitatea fondatorilor de startups, Co-Founder & administrator of Story-Telling Alchemy, Brand Proponent & Communications Specialist at Universitatea Alternativă, and worked as a marketing executive and graphic designer for hospitality and retail clients. He holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest. With multiple leadership and founder roles, Andrei is a mid-to-senior level community builder and conference/launch organiser focused on product launches, storytelling and brand-driven growth for startups.

Carmelina Lungu is a mid-level startup & community manager currently working as Startup Relationship Manager at How to Web in Bucharest, Romania. She focuses on identifying and engaging early-stage startups across Eastern Europe, selling participation packages and running startup programs to grow the community. Previously she held a Finance Specialist role at How to Web and multiple leadership roles at AIESEC in Romania (including National Director positions and Director of Talent Management), plus experience in talent acquisition (GEP), business development and advising on building remote engineering teams (Index Code). Carmelina holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Babeș-Bolyai University and spent an Erasmus semester in Business Administration and Management at Vytauto Didžiojo Universitetas. Her background blends startup partnerships, program management, finance and HR/talent acquisition, making her suited to roles that bridge community growth, operations and people functions.

Imogen Mulliner is a Growth professional at ElevenLabs. She also tinkers as a Product Manager.

Costinela Nistor is an executive-level marketing operator (CMO) with ~12 years of experience building GTM systems that align marketing, sales and delivery. She has held senior roles including Chief Marketing Officer at Zitec and Marketing Director at mindit.io, and currently serves as a Board Member at GACA CBO while mentoring via ADPList and Women in Tech. She led multi-market GTM and employer-branding efforts, scaled a remote marketing team, and helped grow a company from ≈€2M to €30M+ revenue; she also launched the award-winning cei1024 corporate blood-donation program. Education: Growth Marketing (CXL) and a Master's degree in Advertising from SNSPA. Senior / executive-level marketer focused on ABM, RevOps, pipeline velocity, OKRs and data-driven/AI-assisted marketing.
